CRM & Automation Specialist (Credit Repair Cloud / AI / Business Ops)

Kingdom Financial Services is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy part-time CRM & Automation Specialist to help streamline and grow our financial consulting business.

Responsibilities include:

Setting up and optimizing Credit Repair Cloud workflows
Building automations for lead capture, follow-up, SMS/email sequences, onboarding, task management, and client communication
Connecting platforms such as Credit Repair Cloud, Twilio/Grasshopper, Zapier/Make, Google Workspace, Meta/Instagram, and AI tools
Creating SOPs and improving business processes
Managing CRM cleanup, tags, pipelines, automations, and reporting dashboards
Assisting with AI chatbot/workflow implementation for customer support
Troubleshooting integrations and automation issues

Requirements:

Proven CRM automation experience
Credit Repair Cloud experience preferred (BIG plus)
Zapier / Make / API integration experience
AI workflow knowledge (ChatGPT, automation agents, bots)
English communication
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, proactive
