WE ARE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
Success Manager (Client Support Role)

95% phone, email, and chat-based • Relationship & retention-focused

As a Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding. Your role is to guide them through their journey, provide updates, and build strong relationships that keep them engaged and informed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide client updates via phone, email, SMS, and chat
Answer questions and guide clients through the credit repair process
De-escalate concerns and resolve client issues professionally
Manage client retention and overall satisfaction
Track client progress and coordinate with the Disputes Team
Follow SOPs and document all communication accurately
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident and professional on calls
Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
Disciplined and capable of managing a high client volume
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Starting Salary: $700/month (90-day probation)
After Probation: $800/month
Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $300
Annual Increase: +$50/month each year
Time Off: 10 PTO days per year (after probation)
