REAL ESTATE LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
ROLE SUMMARY:
The Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying motivated property owners, building rapport, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the acquisitions team. This role is focused on creating opportunities through strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills while maintaining a results-driven mindset.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Engage with property owners through SMS, phone calls, and follow-up conversations
* Build trust and maintain professional communication with sellers
* Qualify leads by gathering property details, motivation, timeline, and pricing expectations
* Identify motivated sellers and move them through the acquisition pipeline
* Set appointments for the acquisitions team
* Update CRM notes, lead tags, and follow-up schedules accurately
* Research property information, comparables, and market activity when needed
* Maintain consistent follow-up with warm and hot leads
* Handle objections professionally and confidently
* Work closely with the acquisitions team to prepare opportunities for offers
