About the role. MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH SOCIAL MEDIA & VIDEO EDITING

We're looking for a sharp, reliable virtual assistant to support a high-output content creator and performer with 13 million social media followers. This role sits across three areas: keeping social channels running smoothly, editing short-form video content, and handling day-to-day admin tasks that keep the business moving. You'll be working in a fast-paced creative environment where quality and speed both matter.

What you'll be doing

Social media
- Scheduling and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook using Meta Business Suite and native schedulers
- Writing captions, hashtags, and descriptions in an established brand voice
- Monitoring comments, flagging important DMs, and basic community engagement
- Tracking post performance and reporting on what's working

Video editing may include
- Editing short-form video for Reels and TikTok — cuts, pacing, captions, trending audio, and hooks
- Repurposing long-form content into short clips for multiple platforms
- Staying current on trending formats, sounds, and editing styles
- Delivering edits quickly with minimal revisions needed

Admin
- Inbox management, flagging priority emails, and drafting responses
- Organising files, assets, and content calendars
- Coordinating schedules, bookings, and follow-ups
- Research tasks and compiling information as needed

What we're looking for
- Proven experience editing short-form content with a strong eye for what performs — please include examples or a portfolio
- Confident with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Familiar with Stripe and GHL
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently across time zones
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion

**Bonus points**
- Experience working with personal brands, creators, or entertainers
- Understanding of algorithm trends and what makes content go viral
- Familiar with GoHighLevel, scheduling tools, or email marketing platforms
- Comfortable with Stripe for basic payment admin and troubleshooting
