Hi! I'm Hunter, owner of Sweep Dream Cleaners. We're a residential and commercial cleaning company based in the US, and we're growing fast. I'm looking to add one more experienced VA to our existing team.

This isn't an entry-level role. I need someone who's already done this work before and can hit the ground running.

The schedule (please read before applying):
This role starts as part-time, approximately 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST, with Saturday as a required workday. Saturdays are our busiest day in cleaning, and I need someone who treats that shift as non-negotiable, not as something to swap out when family events come up.
The plan is to grow this into a full-time role within 120 days based on performance. If you show up, hit your numbers, and become someone our team relies on, full-time hours and a pay bump are waiting for you. This is a real path.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

- Managing our booking calendar and dispatching cleaners through BookingKoala
- Handling inbound leads and converting them into booked jobs (this is where the sales piece comes in)
- Following up on estimates, quotes, and reactivation campaigns through GoHighLevel
- Answering customer calls and texts through OpenPhone/Quo
- Coordinating with our independent contractor cleaning teams
- Resolving customer issues, rescheduling, and handling the occasional difficult conversation
- Supporting our existing VA team and admin workflows

What I actually need from you (please read carefully):

- At least 1 year of experience working specifically in a cleaning business. Not "home services" in general — actual residential cleaning. You should know what a deep clean vs. a recurring clean is, why a move-out takes longer, and why Saturdays are chaos.
- Hands-on experience with BookingKoala
- Experience with GoHighLevel and/or Quo/OpenPhone
- Comfortable on the phone with US customers: clear English, friendly, and able to actually close a booking instead of just taking messages
- Sales instincts. If a lead asks "how much for a 3-bedroom?" I want someone who can answer the question AND book the job, not just send a quote and hope
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a backup plan for when power goes out
- Available 3 PM - 8 PM EST weekdays and full Saturday shifts

What I'm offering:
- $5/hour to start
- Performance bonuses on top of base pay. Our bonus structure changes periodically as the business grows, but the longer your here, the bigger your bonus will be. I pay you more as the business grows. Bonuses are tied to bookings closed, customer retention, and tea ---------- trics.
- Clear path to full-time within 120 days with a pay increase, based on performance
- Long-term role with a real team, not a one-off gig
