EA / Apprentice to CEO — AI-Native, 6-Month Trial (Slot Open After)

I'm the CEO of Land AI, a U.S. company building AI agents and acquisition systems for the land investing industry. I need a right-hand person for the next 6 months.
This is not a normal EA role. Read carefully before applying.

What this role actually is:
You will work side-by-side with me. Some days you'll book my flights, manage my calendar, and chase down loose ends. Other days you'll build something inside the company — a workflow, a doc, a system, a Claude skill, a research deep-dive. You will learn the business from the inside.

If you're sharp, hungry, and you impress me, you slide into a permanent seat inside Land AI after 6 months — a real role, not an EA role. You'll earn it.
If you're a normal EA who just executes tasks competently, we part ways at the 6-month mark. No hard feelings. I'm not hiring for "good enough." I'm hiring for someone who's going to grow fast and become indispensable.
Who I'm looking for:

Smart. Genuinely smart. Not "I have a degree" smart — "I figure things out faster than people expect" smart.
Hungry. You want more than a paycheck. You want to build something and become someone.
Fast learner. I'll throw you into unfamiliar territory often. You need to be the kind of person who Googles, reads docs, asks Claude, and figures it out.
AI-native. You already use AI daily. Claude specifically. You're not afraid of it, you're not "learning" it — you use it.
Operator mindset. You take ownership. You don't forward problems to me. You bring solutions, or at minimum, options.
Direct communicator. I don't have time for fluff or over-politeness. Say what you mean.

What I don't care about:

Your resume.
Your previous job titles.
How many years of "experience" you have.
Whether you've been an EA before.

The only thing I want from you to apply:

How you use AI in your daily life or work.
Something you've built using AI.
A specific example of how AI made you more effective at something.

Rules for the video:

Do NOT read off a script. I will know. Everyone will know.
Talk to me like a human. I want to hear how you communicate, think, and explain things.
Length: whatever it takes. 2 minutes is fine. 10 minutes is fine. Just don't waste my time.

Compensation & Hours:

Starts at $6/hour.
Raises tied to performance, not tenure. If you're crushing it at month 2, your rate moves at month 2.
Full-time, 40 hours/week.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S. West Coast), Monday through Friday.
This is 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time. You will be working a full U.S. day shift. If that doesn't work for your life, don't apply.
