WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Edit Meta/Facebook ad creatives (hooks, cuts, captions, text overlays, transitions)
Edit UGC and short-form videos for Meta ads (15–60 sec, Reels-style)
Use AI tools (CapCut AI, Opus Clip, RunwayML, ElevenLabs, or similar) to move faster
Deliver 5–10 polished creatives per week consistently
Turn around revisions quickly — sometimes same-day
YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU:
Have 2+ years editing video ads with direct response experience (hook ? story ? CTA)
Actively use AI tools in your editing workflow
Are fast by default — you deliver ahead of deadlines, not behind them
Are proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Communicate clearly in English and stay responsive on Slack
YOU'RE NOT A FIT IF YOU:
Have only edited organic or lifestyle content with no DR background
Take 3+ days to deliver a single edit
Don't use AI tools in your workflow
COMPENSATION:
Starting salary is $800–$1,500/month based on experience. For the right person who consistently delivers high-performing creatives, we pay well above market. We reward results, not just hours — top performers on our team earn significantly more.
