We are a growing online coaching business - Eleni Online Coaching (EOC) - and we are looking for a driven, experienced, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to become a key part of our team

This is not a general admin role. This is not for someone who is new to virtual assistance. This is a specialised sales support role - and it is one of the most important positions inside this business.

What This Role Actually Is
You will sit directly between our content and our clients.
Eleni creates content that attracts women to the page. Your job is to take that attention and convert it into booked sales calls.
You will do this through:
* High volume daily DM outreach across warm and cold leads
* Following structured DM scripts and a proven funnel system
* Managing and updating a lead tracker after every conversation
* Moving every lead through the funnel - from first message to booked call
* Following up consistently and with urgency
* Handling objections confidently and professionally
* Sending Hybrid Docs where appropriate
This role is directly tied to revenue. The better you perform - the more the business grows.

Your Daily Responsibilities
* Sending 200+ DMs per day across multiple outreach types
* Following the DM sequence scripts precisely
* Updating the lead tracker after every interaction
* Completing a daily EOD report at the end of every shift
* Following up with every active lead until they book, join, or say no
* Flagging any issues or blockers to Eleni immediately
* Meeting daily and weekly KPI targets — calls booked, DMs sent, follow ups completed

This Role IS For You If:
-You have experience in DM outreach, lead generation, or social media sales support
-You are highly organised and thrive on following systems and processes
-Your written English is excellent - clear, confident, and natural ? You are proactive - you do not wait to be told what to do
-You are hungry to learn, grow, and improve
-You are comfortable having sales conversations online
-You are reliable, consistent, and take ownership of your results ? You are available for flexible hours across a Tuesday to Sunday schedule

This Role is NOT For You If:
-You have no experience with DM outreach or lead conversion ? You need to be micromanaged or reminded to complete tasks -Your written English is not strong
-You are not comfortable following scripts and structured systems
-You are looking for something passive or low-effort
-You cannot commit to daily KPI targets and EOD reporting
