Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, proactive Marketing VA to help with Facebook/Instagram ads, content creation, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads (lead generation)
* Create eye-catching ad creatives, graphics, webinar slides, and social media posts using Canva
* Design lead magnets such as checklists, guides, one-pagers, and downloadable PDFs
* Manage webinar and seminar promotions, email reminders, and follow-up sequences
* Track ad performance and send simple weekly reports
* Support general marketing tasks and organization

Requirements
* Proven experience running Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager) – please share examples
* Excellent Canva skills (must share portfolio or samples)
* Strong English writing and communication skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Comfortable working in a professional, compliance-sensitive environment (trust-focused tone, no hype)
* Reliable and responsive (good internet connection and quiet workspace)

Nice to Have
* Previous experience with financial advisors, insurance, or professional services
