E-commerce Virtual Assistant for Shopify Product Listings, Creatives & Campaign Launching

About Us:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand operating on Shopify, focused on fashion products and trending collections.

We test new products daily, launch creatives continuously, and aggressively scale winning products. Speed, structure, and execution are critical in our workflow.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term and support daily webshop operations.

Your Responsibilities:
Product Listing & Store Management:
Import products into Shopify (via Poky)
Edit and optimize product pages
Fix variants and sizing
Create and organize size charts
Apply pricing structures correctly
Ensure product pages are clean and professional
Creative Research & Preparation:
Organize creatives for testing
Work with Canva and AI tools such as Higgsfield
Remove metadata from creatives before uploading
Structure and organize creatives inside Trello
Campaign Setup & Launch:
Set up Meta ad campaigns
Upload approved creatives
Add ad copy
Prepare campaigns correctly for launch
Schedule campaigns at the correct launch time
Workflow & Organization:
Work daily inside Trello
Follow SOPs and tutorial videos carefully
Keep cards organized and up to date
Communicate clearly and consistently
Handle multiple tasks efficiently
Working Hours:

You must be available during:

12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Amsterdam Time / CET-CEST)

This is important because we:

Work fast
Test products daily
Switch quickly between tasks
Provide and act on feedback in real time

You are expected to be responsive during these hours for communication, feedback, and execution.

Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
Experience with Shopify
Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager
Basic English communication
High attention to detail
Fast and structured workflow
Reliable internet connection
Ability to follow instructions precisely
BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
Canva
AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield)
E-commerce creatives
Dropshipping
Product import tools
Fashion e-commerce

Salary & Hours:
