Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST + Weekends when there are deals to be sold

Rocket Cash Offer is one of the most active wholesale real estate operations in Southern California. Founded by Brian Davila, who has flipped 150+ homes totaling $75M+ and completed 300+ transactions. We move fast, close consistently, and pay well for people who perform. We average 7 closed deals per month and we're growing.

The Role

We're looking for a Dispositions Closer who can do more than just make calls. We expect you to sell at least 1 deal per month yourself.

This is a hybrid closer + transaction coordinator role. If you're great on the phone, organized, and want to grow your income over time, this is for you.

What You'll Do

Primary: Close Deals
- Call inbound buyer leads fast. Leads come in from InvestorLift, text blasts, and email blasts and must be contacted quickly before they go cold
- Pitch properties, negotiate terms, and get deals assigned
- Hit a minimum of 1 closed deals/month

Transaction Coordination
- TC every deal you personally close from contract to closing - coordinating with escrow, title, buyers, and the acquisitions team
- Serve as the primary TC for the overall dispo team's deals, keeping every transaction organized and on track

Blast & Admin Backup
- Learn our full buyer outbound system: SMS blasts via Smarter Contact and BatchLeads, email blasts, InvestorLift postings, and CRM lead entry in Go High Level
- Be ready to run blasts and manage leads independently when our dispo admin assistant is unavailable
- Add inbound leads to GHL when our dispo admin assistant is unavailable

Buyer Sourcing (When Pipeline Is Clear)
- When your assigned leads are fully worked, proactively find new buyers by scraping investor activity from the MLS and other sources

You're a Fit If You Have:
- 2+ years of outbound sales, closing, or real estate experience (wholesaling background is a strong plus)
- Proven closer experience is ideal
- Confidence on the phone - you don't wait, you call
- Strong English communication (written and spoken)
- Experience with CRMs - Go High Level or similar
- Organized, detail-oriented. TC work requires zero dropped balls
- Self-starter who hits targets without being micromanaged

Compensation
- Base: $8/hr, paid weekly via Wise
- Commission paid per closed deal
- Room to grow as performance is proven
