Virtual Appointment Setter

About the Role
We are hiring a Virtual Appointment Setter to make outbound calls, follow up with warm leads, update our CRM, and schedule appointments for our licensed sales team.
This is a work-from-home opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, dependable, coachable, and motivated by bonuses.
You will be speaking with homeowners who previously requested information and helping schedule them for a quick consultation.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily using our dialer system
Follow up with leads by phone, text, and CRM tasks
Schedule qualified appointments for agents
Accurately update notes and dispositions in CRM
Maintain professional communication with prospects
Meet daily dial and weekly performance goals
Attend team training/coaching sessions

Compensation
Base Pay: $500/month
Performance Bonuses include Daily Dial Bonuses, Weekly Show Bonuses (Based on appointments that attend), Perfect Attendance, Quality Bonus
Estimated Monthly Earnings:
$800 – $1,500+ depending on performance

Requirements
Excellent spoken English
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Reliable computer & stable internet connection
Quiet workspace / headset
Coachable and positive attitude
CRM experience is a plus
Sales or call center experience preferred

Schedule
Full-Time
5 workdays per week
US business hours
