**Lead Conversion & Growth Marketing Specialist**

Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, approximately 10:00 AM-6:00 PM EST.
Must be available primarily during Eastern Standard Time business hours. Some flexibility may be possible based on performance, responsiveness, and business needs.
Compensation
Starting pay: $8/hour based on experience, English fluency, sales ability, and demonstrated performance.
Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available after a training/probation period based on verified contribution to lead conversion, booked consultations, completed visits, and other approved performance metrics.

We specialize in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, regenerative wellness, medical aesthetics, skin health, body contouring, and high-touch patient care.
We are looking for a highly driven, organized, articulate, sales-minded, marketing-aware Lead Conversion & Growth Marketing Specialist who can help turn patient interest into booked consultations, completed visits, packages, memberships, and long-term patient relationships.
This is not a basic virtual assistant role.
This is a revenue-driving role for someone who is excellent at communication, follow-up, sales psychology, lead nurturing, CRM tracking, and marketing execution.
Primary Mission
Your primary mission is to help convert more leads into booked consultations, completed appointments, and revenue.
You will help manage follow-up for:
New inbound leads
Warm leads
Old leads
No-shows and cancellations
Quoted patients
Social media inquiries
Campaign responses
Reactivation opportunities
You will also support marketing efforts by helping organize campaigns, improve messaging, track performance, suggest content ideas, support Instagram strategy, and identify why leads are or are not converting.
This role exists to help prevent lead leakage and improve the percentage of interested patients who book, show up, and move forward.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, patient communication, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Follow-Up
Respond quickly to leads from website forms, texts, calls, voi
Follow up with leads who have not booked yet
Re-engage leads who stopped responding
Recover cancelled and no-show appointments
Follow up with patients who received quotes but did not purchase
Reactivate old leads and past patients
Guide interested patients toward consultations, treatments, packages, and memberships
Use approved scripts while still sounding natural, warm, and human
Ask thoughtful qualifying questions to understand patient goals
Communicate pricing and next steps clearly when appropriate
Escalate clinical questions to the physician or clinical team
Sales Support & Revenue Capture
Support conversion into hormone consultations, aesthetics consultations, body contouring programs, skin packages, GLP-1/weight loss programs, peptide consultations, wellness services, memberships, and retail/supplement opportunities
Track interested leads, quoted patients, and package follow-up opportunities
Help patients understand deposits, scheduling, next steps, and general program structure
Maintain a warm, consultative tone without being pushy or aggressive
Identify revenue opportunities from current and past patients
Coordinate with the front desk, operations manager, clinical coordinator, aesthetician, and physician when needed
CRM, Pipeline & KPI Tracking
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM
Track lead source, follow-up attempts, response status, booking status, show status, and conversion outcome
Keep lead pipelines and follow-up tasks organized
Ensure no lead is forgotten
Provide daily updates on priority leads and pending opportunities
Provide weekly reports on pipeline movement and conversion performance
Key metrics may include:
Speed-to-lead response time
New leads contacted
Follow-ups completed
Lead-to-consult booking rate
Consult show rate
No-show and cancellation recovery
Quote follow-up completion
Package and membership conversion support
Revenue outcomes from converted leads
Social media inquiries converted to booked calls or consults
Marketing & Social Media Support
You will also support growth marketing by helping us improve lead generation and conversion.
This may include:
Helping organize marketing campaigns and promotions
Tracking which campaigns produce quality leads
Suggesting improvements to messaging, hooks, captions, and calls to action
Helping create campaign follow-up scripts
Supporting
Supporting Google review generation campaigns
Helping organize testimonial opportunities
Identifying common patient objections and questions that can become content
Monitoring Instagram DMs and comments when assigned
Suggesting Reel hooks, captions, story ideas, and content themes
Supporting Dr. Arora’s personal brand and Arora MD’s practice brand
This role is not expected to be a graphic designer or video editor, although that is a plus. Strong marketing instincts and content awareness are very important.
Patient Communication Support
This is not primarily a clinical role, but you may help with non-clinical patient communication such as:
Appointment reminders
Consultation preparation messages
Follow-up after missed calls
General service inquiries
Next-step guidance
Rebooking support
Review requests
Reactivation messages
Warm check-ins after quotes or consultations
You will not provide medical advice, interpret labs, answer clinical questions, recommend medications, or make treatment decisions. Any clinical questions must be escalated to the physician or clinical team.

Required Experience
Prior experience in lead conversion, sales support, appointment setting, patient coordination, customer service, marketing support, or virtual assistant work
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong phone communication skills
Experience making outbound calls or follow-up messages
Experience using a CRM, spreadsheet, tracker, or pipeline system
Ability to work primarily during Eastern Standard Time business hours
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet, computer, and quiet work environment
Preferred Experience
Medical spa, aesthetics, dental, wellness, healthcare, functional medicine, hormone therapy, weight loss, or elective medicine experience
Experience with high-ticket services or packages
Experience using AI tools to improve speed, organization, content, or workflow
Experience with Instagram DMs, social media engagement, or content support
Experience with
