We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to research and compile a complete list of self-serve car washes across the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex.

This is a one-time lead generation and research project.

Your Job

Find self-serve car washes across all cities in the DFW metroplex and organize the information into a clean Google Sheet.

Required Information

For each business, provide:

* Business Name
* Phone Number
* Address
* Notes on whether the location appears:

* Older/run-down
* Neglected or under-managed


Also include:

* Whether the website appears outdated
* What reviews say
* Whether they appear to own multiple locations or just one
* Any signs the owner may be retiring or older (“boomer-owned” businesses)

Opportunity Score:

Add an “Opportunity Score” from 1–5 based on:

* Old branding
* Weak online presence
* Low review count
* Older equipment
* Small independent operator
* Signs of neglect

IMPORTANT – We Are Looking for Potential Opportunities

Please prioritize identifying:

* Older or outdated car washes
* Independently owned locations
* “Mom and pop” style businesses
* Businesses with poor branding or outdated websites
* Locations that appear neglected or under-managed
* Businesses that may have absentee owners
* Older owners/operators if identifiable
