Role Overview:
I’m looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my marketing and administrative operations, primarily focused on social media management, content execution,
Requirements:
*Must be able to work 20 hours weekly
*Must be able to work 9am to 1pm or 10am to 2pm Mountain Time (US)
*Must have strong and written verbal communication
*Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
*Female is preferred
What You’ll Do:

These are the tasks you need to handle independently and confidently from day one:
Administrative Assistance and Communication Management:
*Manage and organize daily
*Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and notifications across platforms, specifically,
*Handle
*Ensure timely and consistent communication across all channels
Social Media Management and Content Execution:
*Manage and maintain
*Create, edit, and publish social media content (posts, polls, carousels, quotes, and promotional content) in my Canva
*Write engaging captions and develop relevant hashtag sets
*Schedule posts with proper timing, spacing, and alignment to the content calendar
*Ensure content aligns with monthly themes, campaigns, and overall brand messaging
*Conduct post-publish checks and monitor basic engagement
*Review and refine content for clarity, formatting, and consistency
*Maintain an organized and up-to-date content calendar
*Perform weekly content reviews, cleanup, and optimizations
*Conduct LinkedIn outreach and connection activities
*Support LinkedIn engagement efforts through content and networking
*Create monthly reports and develop strategies based on performance
*Provide thoughtful and constructive analytics for strategy improvement

*Draft, edit, and publish newsletters, campaigns, and automations in ActiveCampaign
*Ensure alignment between

Website and Blog Management:
*Upload and format blog and article content on the website
*Review website content for accuracy and consistency
*Prepare and organize content for publishing
*Create monthly reports and develop strategies based on performance
Content Organization and Workflow Management:
*Maintain organized content libraries and assets
*Track scheduled vs. published content
*Ensure smooth workflow from content creation to publishing
*Perform regular content audits and cleanup
Branding and Design Support:
*Maintain consistent branding across social media and digital assets
*Make basic visual and layout adjustments using design
