JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm a real estate agent in Portland, OR looking for a long-term virtual assistant to help me stay organized and consistent with my leads and social media marketing.

This is a part-time role (5hr/week to start) with potential growth to 10-20 hours/week (or maybe more) in time.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Setting up property searches in my CRM (based on criteria I provide)
- Organizing and tagging new leads
- Managing follow-up reminders and tracking conversations
- Sending templated emails and messages
- Helping keep my database clean and organized
- Assisting with video uploads to my social media channels
- Checking my social media for important messages for me to follow up with

The above are my current needs. In time, I'd like to add Transaction Coordination and additional Marketing duties for the right candidate.

You do NOT need real estate experience, but you should be:
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Good at following instructions
- Have very strong English, especially written
- Comfortable learning new systems

Bonus if you already have experience with:
- CRMs (especially real estate platforms)
- YouTube and/or social media support
- Real estate transaction coordination
