Job Title: Full-Time Video Editor (Fitness & IG Reels)
Salary: $150 – $400 / Month

Role: Full-Time Creative Partner

The role
I need a specialized editor to turn raw fitness footage into high-end, viral Instagram Reels. You aren't just cutting clips; you are my Creative Director.

Production: 10–15 high-quality Reels per month.

Strategy: You will advise me on new angles to record, hooks to use, and trends to recreate. You tell me what to film; I provide the footage.

Style: Expert-level fitness aesthetic, beat-syncing, and impactful typography.

REQUIREMENTS
Niche Expert: Deep understanding of the fitness/motivation scene.

Proactive: You must be willing to tell me, "Record this angle to make this edit work."

Software: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut (Desktop).

Reliability: Stable internet and a full-time commitment.
