Level 3 Technical Support Specialist – GoHighLevel (GHL) & Automation Expert

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Level 3 Tech Specialist with strong experience in GoHighLevel (GHL), automation platforms, and advanced integrations. This role is for a full technical support expert who can troubleshoot complex issues, build automations, and manage integrations across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with:

GoHighLevel (GHL)
Zapier
Make (Integromat)
APIs & Webhooks
CRM & SaaS integrations

You should be someone who can independently solve technical problems and build reliable automation systems for agency operations and clients.

Responsibilities
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Build and troubleshoot GHL workflows and automations
Manage pipelines, triggers, calendars, forms, surveys, and snapshots
Configure domains, DNS, LC Email, Twilio, and integrations
Support advanced GHL technical issues and escalations

Automation & Integrations
Create and maintain automations using:
Zapier
Make (Integromat)
APIs
Webhooks

Integrate GHL with third-party tools such as:
Stripe
Google Sheets
Slack

Facebook Lead Forms
Other CRM and SaaS platforms
Troubleshoot broken workflows and failed automations

Technical Support
Handle Level 3 technical escalations
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues
Document fixes, SOPs, and technical processes
Work closely with operations and support teams
Qualifications
Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)

Advanced knowledge of:
Zapier
Make (Integromat)
APIs & Webhooks
Experience with automation logic and integrations
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with:
DNS
SMTP/Email systems
Twilio
Stripe
CRM integrations
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Preferred
Agency experience
Basic HTML/CSS or scripting knowledge
Experience with AI tools and automation systems
