Lead Generation Specialist (Fully Remote | Canadian Company)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and dependable Lead Generation Specialist to support TrueNorth’s internal growth and outbound outreach efforts.

This role is focused on building clean, targeted lead lists that support our sales and business development team.

You will be responsible for sourcing, validating, organizing, and maintaining high-quality prospect data while helping improve the efficiency and consistency of our lead generation systems.

This is ideal for someone who:

Requirements (Important)

*At least 1 year experience in lead generation
*Experience using Apollo and similar lead generation tools
*Experience with manual lead research and prospecting
*Strong internet research skills
*Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Comfortable using:
*Apollo
*LinkedIn
*Google Sheets / Excel
*CRM systems
*Other lead sourcing tools
*Strong written English
*Able to work independently with minimal supervision
*Comfortable following structured workflows and SOPs

Nice to Have (Not Required)
*Experience supporting B2B outbound campaigns
*Familiarity with cold email workflows
*Experience with tools like Instantly, ---------- , or Clay
*Basic understanding of sales pipelines and CRM management
