About the role

We are a fast-growing US-based legal document services company. We use ---------- to scrape public US court filing data daily and feed it into our automated outreach pipeline. We already have working scrapers for Texas and Tennessee. We need a dedicated scraper builder to take confirmed court portal sources and build production-ready ---------- automation scenarios for each one. You will receive a detailed brief for each new state — portal URL, field mapping, filters — and your job is to build it cleanly, test it with live data, and confirm it is running correctly.

What you will do

Build ---------- scraping scenarios for US court portals using our existing Texas scraper as the template
Map each portal's unique field structure to our standard schema — tenant name, property address, filing date, case number
Add zip code whitelist filters and rent threshold filters per state
Connect each scraper to our BatchData skip tracing API and GoHighLevel CRM
Handle pagination, dynamic pages, and date range filtering inside ----------
Test each scraper with live court data and confirm clean output before handing off
Build scrapers for multiple case types — eviction filings, default judgments, garnishment filings
Document each completed scraper with field mapping notes for future reference
What we need from you

Proven ---------- experience — you must have built multi-step scenarios with HTTP modules and API integrations
Experience scraping government or legal data portals — court websites, agency databases, or similar
Ability to handle dynamic pages, JavaScript-heavy sites, and paginated results in ----------
GoHighLevel CRM experience is a strong plus
Detail-oriented — one wrong field mapping breaks the entire lead pipeline
Communicates clearly in English and works independently
Available 15 to 20 hours per week
Able to start immediately
Pay and schedule: $375 to $500 USD per month depending on experience and output speed
Part time — 15 to 20 hours per week
Paid twice a month via PayPal or Wise
Performance bonus for hitting build targets ahead of schedule
Potential to grow into full time as the business scales across more states and business lines
