Video Editor (Coaching)

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the workload grows.

We are in the healthcare coaching and business growth space, helping healthcare providers and Direct Primary Care business owners launch, grow, and scale their practices through coaching, systems, training, and business support. Their brand focuses on helping providers build sustainable healthcare businesses, attract more patients, improve follow-up, and grow with confidence.

We need someone who can edit both long-form and short-form video content for coaching, education, social media, and marketing purposes.

Responsibilities
You will help edit content such as:

Long-form educational videos
Coaching videos
Webinar or training-style videos
Short-form clips for social media
Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style videos
Testimonial or promotional video content
Simple branded video assets for a professional coaching brand

You should be comfortable turning raw footage into clean, engaging, professional videos that are easy to watch and suitable for online marketing.

Ideal Candidate
We prefer someone who has experience editing videos for:

Professional service businesses

Experience in the coaching niche is highly preferred.

You should understand pacing, hooks, captions, clean cuts, storytelling, and how to make educational content more engaging.

Requirements
Proven experience in video editing
Experience editing both long-form and short-form videos
Strong understanding of social media video formats
Ability to add captions, subtitles, transitions, music, B-roll, graphics, and light branding
Good communication skills
Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and reliable
Familiarity with healthcare, coaching, consulting, or business growth content is a plus


This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to become full-time depending on performance, workload, and fit.

Compensation

Rate is negotiable depending on skill and experience.

Starting range: $5–$7 per hour, or possibly per video, depending on your editing quality, speed, and experience. Higher rates may be considered for highly skilled editors.
