Backend Operations Manager / COO (Fashion Dropshipping) — Remote, Full-Time

I run a growing women's fashion dropshipping business based in the US with multiple Shopify stores and a small but expanding team. I'm looking for someone who has been in the trenches of fashion ecommerce — not someone who needs to be taught the basics, but someone who already knows what they're doing and can help me build something serious.
This is not a regular VA role. I'm looking for a right-hand person who can own the backend of this business and eventually grow into a COO position as we scale.
What you'll be responsible for:

Overseeing daily operations across all stores
Managing and coordinating the team — CS VA, product listers, supply chain
Communicating with fulfillment agents to stay on top of orders, stock issues, and delays
Monitoring KPIs — fulfillment times, chargeback rates, refund rates, response times
Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks before they become problems
Building and improving SOPs for every department
Reporting directly to me with daily end of day reports
Helping scale the business systematically

You're the right person if you:

Have real hands-on experience in fashion dropshipping — this is non-negotiable
Have managed or coordinated a small team before
Understand the full backend of a Shopify dropshipping store — suppliers, fulfillment, customer service, returns
Are a problem solver who takes ownership without being micromanaged
Are ambitious and want to grow with a business long term
Communicate clearly and professionally in English
