Role Overview
Your main responsibility will be generating and nurturing conversations with potential leads, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with people, comfortable with outreach and follow-up, organized, and motivated to contribute to a fast-growing agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls and texts
- Follow up with warm and cold leads consistently
- Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
- Schedule appointments onto the sales team calendar
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and notes
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders
- Support lead nurturing and re-engagement campaigns
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
- Communicate pipeline updates with management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales, or customer support preferred
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable speaking on calls and handling objections
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
- Comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, and communication platforms
- Able to work independently while maintaining communication with the team
- Availability during EST business hours
Working Hours:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
