Redwood is looking for reliable, proactive, and customer-focused individuals to join our Out of Hours Response Team, supporting our busy short stay accommodation operations across London.

This is a key role ensuring our guests, properties, and on-the-ground teams receive support outside standard business hours.

Working Hours

Shift Pattern: Monday – Sunday
Hours: 6:00pm – 8:00am

About the Role

As part of the Out of Hours Response Team, you will be the first point of contact for guest issues and operational emergencies during evenings, nights, and weekends. You’ll work closely with our London operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and quick problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Responding to guest enquiries and emergencies out of hours
Coordinating maintenance call-outs and contractor attendance
Supporting check-ins, lockouts, and urgent property issues
Monitoring operational systems and escalating issues where necessary
Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
Delivering excellent customer service under pressure
Maintaining accurate incident and communication records

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Calm and professional approach in fast-paced situations
Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in hospitality, property management, customer service, or operations is desirable
Good knowledge of London geography is an advantage
Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
