Outbound Sales Development Representative

About the Role
We're looking for a driven, execution-focused Sales Development Representative to own our outbound engine. You'll be responsible for initiating high-quality conversations with business owners and decision-makers on Instagram, nurturing warm prospects through our ecosystem, and passing qualified leads to our sales team.
This is a full-time, remote position based in the Philippines with a one-month paid trial period.
What You'll Do

Execute personalised outreach campaigns to warm prospects who've engaged with our content
Send Fifty to Sixty high-quality messages daily following proven templates and frameworks. Plus follow ups
Maintain strong response rates and communication quality with high-level prospects
Log all conversations and hand off qualified leads to our setter for closing
Implement feedback quickly and improve your messaging based on performance data
Own your KPIs: outreach volume, conversation quality, and handoff rates

What We're Looking For

Previous sales or business development experience is preferred but not required
Coachable mindset—you're eager to learn and implement fast
Strong written communication
