We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Human Resources Assistant to support our growing pediatric therapy practice remotely. The ideal candidate is professional, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing a variety of HR and recruiting responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience with the Paychex platform and LinkedIn recruiting is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll preparation and HR data entry
Conduct recruiting efforts through LinkedIn and other online platforms
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
Assist with benefits administration and HR reporting
Perform additional administrative and recruiting tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or HR administration preferred
Experience using Paychex strongly preferred
LinkedIn recruiting experience required
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience in healthcare or pediatric therapy settings is a plus
