LinkedIn Scraping — Google Ads Prospects

I need someone to build me a list of qualified B2B leads using the following process:

Google Ads Transparency Center — Search for companies that are currently or recently running Google Ads campaigns (any industry, France-based preferred)

LinkedIn — Find the company's LinkedIn page and identify the key decision-makers (Marketing Manager, CEO, CMO, Business Owner, or equivalent)

Google Sheets — Add each contact to a shared spreadsheet with the following columns:

Company name
Company website
Decision-maker name
Job title
LinkedIn profile URL
