About Kyri Media

We're a real estate marketing agency producing around 200 short-form videos per month for 25–30 US-based clients across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Too much of how we operate is still manual. This role fixes that.

The Role

You will build the automation systems that run our delivery pipeline — from scratch. This is not a "manage existing tools" job. You will connect platforms that don't currently talk to each other and make manual work disappear.

The first five systems you'll build:

Pull views, reach, likes, and followers from all four platforms automatically into our mastersheet — no manual data entry
Automate stage transitions across our content pipeline (strategy ? script ? edit ? review ? approval ? posting)
Fire Pumble notifications automatically when a video changes status
Deliver approved videos to clients automatically via ---------- , email, or WhatsApp
Flag overdue pipeline stages and escalate automatically until resolved
Must-Have Requirements


Claude Code — you use it regularly and have built real tools with it
Google Apps Script — deployed scripts running unsupervised in a real business, not personal projects. You can write and explain every line
Make, n8n, or Zapier — multi-step, real workflows
API integration — you have connected external platforms to Google Sheets automatically and understand webhooks, OAuth, and error handling
AI APIs — Claude API, OpenAI, or similar in actual production tools
JavaScript or TypeScript — you can write custom logic when no-code isn't enough
Front-end — you can build something clean and functional (React or Next.js preferred)
Portfolio of verifiable work — we will check it. No portfolio, no response
