Virtual Assistent + Customer Service

We are a big german ecommerce Brand and you will handle with the Help of AI and Templates, our daily Customer E-Mails. This includes also Shop Backend Tasks as Refunds, Address Corrections, Address Requests of the Customers and the daily morning profit calculation (your 1st Task every day).

You will get proper coaching to manage all of your tasks properly and effortlessly.

Right now we are scaling so the demand of working power will increase within the next few weeks. So we need a reliable Employee who we can trust and who stays with us for a long time.

Also its important that you have daily a couple of hours available to handle all tasks.

You will get paid hourly with future options of bonuses if specific metrics are met.

Good English skills required. Experience within a German e-commerce brand is an advantage, but not the only option to get in with us.
