ebay worker

i am looking for an employee for my eBay store.
i need someone who familiar with eBay and amazon, if you have an experience that is better.
i need you more for upload Lister and maybe in the future for a costumer service.
i need someone who knows to design photos and creative and his English is good .
i will pay 1$ per hour and you can work up to 8 hours in a day!
i am paying bonus to all my employee when i see good results!
if you have experience to upload items from amazon to eBay by using a monitor please let me know.
