We’re looking to collaborate with a highly organised and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our admin and finance team for our premium travel agency based in Australia.
This role is focused on travel documentation, systems accuracy, and financial reconciliation, working closely with our internal team to ensure client files are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Key responsibilities include:
• Travel Documentation
Uploading and managing client travel documents in systems such as AXUS, ensuring all trip details are accurate and complete, adding supporting content, and identifying any missing or incorrect information.
• Reconciliations & Financial Accuracy
Reconciling transactions across bank accounts, credit cards, travel insurance, and supplier payments, matching transactions to the correct client files, and resolving discrepancies to ensure all files remain financially accurate and up to date.
We are looking to build an ongoing working relationship with someone who is efficient, reliable, and exceptionally detail-oriented. Knowledge of Powersuite and Sabre is essential, and familiarity with the AXUS App will be highly regarded.
This role will require approximately 16–20 hours per week.
