Iphone/Android/Ipad - App Developer

I have many ideas but not enough time to execute them.

What I want:

1. Well versed with both eclipse for android and xcode for iphone
2. has mac computer
3. has made apps before
4. knows where to upload apps for approval
5. is willing to work not as project based but as full time
6. exclusively works for me
7. has marketing skills to promote the apps to increase revenue
8. who wants to grow his/her income in future
9. loyal in nature - as i want permanent person
10. Someone with a vision :)
