About The Role
This is not an outbound sales or dialling role.

Your main responsibility will be to work through a pending list of signed-up potential clients where important information is still outstanding.

These matters cannot move forward properly until the required information has been received, reviewed, and followed up. Your role is to help move these matters from a pending list into active client files that can be allocated to the Sydney legal team.

This means you will be constantly reviewing files, identifying what is missing, following up with the right people or organisations, updating notes, and making sure matters keep progressing.

You may be required to communicate with clients, internal tea ---------- mbers, superannuation funds, insurers, medical clinics, doctors, previous employers, and other relevant third parties to request or follow up on information required for a legal matter.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day work will include:

Reviewing pending client files and identifying outstanding information
Following up with clients and relevant third parties
Liaising with our Philippines-based team who originate the matters
Communicating daily with our Sydney-based legal team
Keeping detailed notes on every file
Updating systems clearly and accurately
Helping move matters from pending status to active legal files
Supporting Sydney-based lawyers with administrative and paralegal-style tasks
Staying organised across multiple matters at the same time
Following up consistently until the required information is received
The key measure of success in this role is your ability to reduce the pending list and keep legal matters moving forward.

Highly organised and detail-focused
A strong written and spoken English communicator
Able to work autonomously from home
A self-starter who can think on their feet
Comfortable following up regularly and professionally

Confident speaking on the phone when required
Reliable, consistent, and process-driven
Comfortable working with lawyers, admin teams, and external parties
Able to keep excellent notes and file records
Looking for a long-term role in a structured legal business
This role requires exceptional English and communication skills. You must be able to communicate clearly with Australian-based lawyers, clients, and external organisations.

Technical Requirements
You must have:

A reliable high-speed internet connection
A quiet and professional work-from-home setup
A reliable computer
Confidence using online systems, Slack, email, and cloud-based tools
The ability to demonstrate your internet speed if requested
How The Team Works
You will work closely with our Philippines-based team and our Sydney-based legal team.

The business is managed through Slack channels, internal systems, and structured workflows. You must be comfortable working online, keeping the team updated, and maintaining clear records of your work.

There is real room to grow for the right person.
