Howard Porter is an Australian trailer manufacturer servicing the transport, agriculture, construction, and mining industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to research transport and logistics companies across Australia and build qualified prospect lists for our sales team.

Responsibilities
Research Australian transport, logistics, haulage, and trucking companies
Identify owners, directors, fleet managers, and key decision makers
Collect and verify phone numbers, email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and company information
Build and maintain accurate lead databases
Enter and organise data into spreadsheets and CRM systems
Research fleet types, company operations, and locations
Assist the sales team with ongoing prospecting and market research
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, online research, or prospect list building
Strong Google and LinkedIn research skills
Experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong written English communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
Reliable internet connection and computer setup
Preferred Experience
Experience researching Australian companies
Experience in transport, logistics, trucking, agriculture, or construction industries
Experience using:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo.io
Hunter.io
CRM systems such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
Daily Tasks
Research transport operators by state and industry
Find company contact details and decision makers
Verify lead information
Update CRM/spreadsheets
Deliver qualified lead lists to the sales team
