We are a growing house moving company in Australia looking for a reliable and confident Inbound Sales / Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and messages, assisting customers with moving inquiries, and booking jobs for our moving team.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
Provide quotes and information about moving services
Book appointments and moving jobs
Follow up with potential customers
Maintain customer records and schedules
Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements
Fluent English speaking and writing skills
Strong phone communication skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred
Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
Organized and reliable
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Experience in moving/removalist industry is a plus
