Noble Care Partners is a growing private-pay homecare company looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Assistant. This role combines homecare administrative support with social media and digital marketing assistance.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

WORK SCHEDULE

Part-Time, 3 to 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Flexible schedule with daily check-in reporting required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Homecare Admin Support
- Follow up with caregiver applicants
- Respond to client inquiries
- Help organize schedules and appointments
- Manage basic administrative tasks
- Maintain organized Google Sheets and documents
- Support WhatsApp Business communication with caregivers and clients

Digital Marketing Support
- Create and schedule social media posts
- Assist with Facebook and Google Business profile updates
- Design basic Canva graphics and write short marketing content
- Help manage online leads and inquiries
- Assist with email marketing and CRM updates
- Research competitors and local homecare marketing trends

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Experience working with a healthcare or homecare company
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proficient with WhatsApp Business, Canva, Google Workspace, and Facebook Pages
- Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with web development or software tools is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude is a plus
