***Some basic experience with Adobe Illustrator (working with mockups) is a plus, but not required.



About the Role:
We are hiring a dedicated Inbound Sales VA to take full ownership of converting high-intent inbound leads coming directly from our social media channels.

You will not be cold calling or handling random tech support. Instead, you will respond to warm inquiries from U.S. business owners looking for custom apparel and promotional gear. Your mission is to respond instantly, qualify their design and volume needs via chat and phone, handle objections, and close high-value bulk orders. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle within GoHighLevel (GHL).

What You’ll Do:
Inbound Social Media Closings: Monitor and rapidly respond to warm inbound leads from Instagram, Facebook, email, and web forms during U.S. business hours.

CRM Data Hygiene: Actively manage and update the sales pipeline within GoHighLevel (GHL)—logging interactions, setting tasks, and ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

Consultative Selling: Help U.S. clients choose the right products (caps, tees, laser-etched gear), present bulk pricing/minimums, and close orders with a target 30–40% win rate.

Order Upselling: Maximize revenue by upselling complementary products (e.g., pitching custom shirts or laser-etched mugs to a client ordering hats).

Team Collaboration: Coordinate directly with our Texas-based leadership and production teams to ensure order accuracy before fulfillment.

What We’re Looking For:
Industry Experience: 2+ years of solid sales experience specifically within the custom apparel, embroidery, screen-printing, or promotional products industries (required).

GHL Mastery: Direct, hands-on proficiency using GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage sales pipelines and automations.

Flawless English Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English with a neutral or Western accent. You must be highly confident closing deals via chat/text and over the phone with American business owners.

The "Speed to Lead" Mindset: A proactive closer who understands that a lead from social media needs to be engaged within 5 minutes to convert.

Rock-Solid Technical Setup: A reliable workstation, noise-canceling headset, high-speed fiber internet (minimum 30 Mbps), and a dependable power/internet backup source for typhoon or power outage contingencies.

-Work from home
-$6/hour
-Mon-Fri 40 hours
-8am-5pm Central (9pm-6am Philippines time) (paid for 8 hours of work)
