We are a US marketing agency that produces short-form video content for professional service clients, posted across many social media platforms with localized captions.

We are looking for someone meticulous and reliable to join our team. The work has good rhythm to it: clear systems, clear templates, clear expectations. Once you learn our process, you settle into it and the days flow.

**The work:**

- Editing short-form videos in CapCut from source footage
- Working with Submagic for captioning workflows
- Posting finished videos to social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others)
- Following our templates and process carefully
- Learning additional tools as our system grows

The individual tasks are not technically difficult. We are not doing complex color grading, motion graphics, or Premiere/After Effects work. If you know CapCut, you can do the editing.

What we care about most is attention to detail. Every video represents a real client, and we want each one to look right. The kind of person who thrives here is the kind who notices small things and takes pride in catching them.

**Who we're looking for:**

- Strong English, written and spoken
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Working knowledge of CapCut, ideally also Submagic
- Willing to learn new tools and platforms as needed
- Reliable internet, backup power, quiet workspace
- Available 3 to 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time daily (approximately 11 PM to 3 AM Philippine time)
- Coachable, humble, takes feedback well
- Enjoys doing good work consistently
