We are looking for a reliable and creative Video Editing Virtual Assistant to help edit short- and long-form marketing content for a growing financial services and retirement-planning business.

This is a remote, per-project contractor position with ongoing work available for the right person.

You will primarily help transform:

Webinar recordings
Social media clips
Educational videos
Client-facing content
Marketing videos

into polished, engaging content optimized for platforms like:

Instagram Reels
TikTok

Facebook
YouTube
GoHighLevel webinar funnels
Responsibilities
Edit pre-recorded webinars into polished presentations
Create short-form social media clips from long videos
Add captions, transitions, music, and graphics
Create engaging hooks for social content
Format videos for multiple platforms
Organize video assets and folders
Deliver projects on agreed timelines
Collaborate on content ideas and revisions
Preferred Skills
Experience editing social media and marketing videos
Proficient with:
CapCut
Adobe Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro
Canva
Descript
or similar software
Understanding of short-form content trends
Ability to create clean, professional financial/business-style edits
Strong English communication
