Duties & Responsibilities:
-Check Helpdesk Emails for monitoring
-Update client once request is done
-Processing ORS Request
-Giving assistance via emails and phone
-Telephone Consultation
-Internet Chat Consultation
-Email Consultation
-Remote Service
-Client System training
-Out of town system trainings
-Making sure helpdesk tickets are resolved within 24hours
-Other tasks deemed by the Project Manager / Task Manager / Department head in relation
