**Hiring Creative Video Editors**

About the Role
Gold Side Agency is looking for a creative, fast and reliable video editor to join our team full-time. We will create short-form content (FB & IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) that capture attention, build authority and scale our brand.

We're looking for experienced editors who can execute without hand-holding:

- Edit to the beat of the music with natural, intentional pacing
- Add dynamic captions and text animations
- Apply clean color grading for a polished, professional look if we use D-Log(most of the time there won't be a need for color grading)
- Insert motion graphics and premium sound effects (transitions, whooshes, etc.)
- Hook viewers in the first 3 seconds because that's where the video either wins or loses
- Deliver final edits in 9:16 and 1:1 formats

We provide raw footage, your focus is pure editing creativity.

What You’ll Do:
- Edit 45–90s short-form videos (with & without sound effects)
- Deliver edited brand-ready videos
- Collaborate with our team and hit deadlines consistently

Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced editors (no training provided)
- Creative thinkers that can think on their feet who can make videos stand out and grab attention
- Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
- Reliable internet and ability to work part-time
