Customer Success Project Coordinator
(Offshore – US Business Hours)
About the Role
1bios is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Project Coordinator to support our Customer Success, Enrollment, and Operations teams.
This is a remote offshore role focused on helping manage customer onboarding projects, coordinating cross-functional implementation tasks, tracking onboarding timelines, and ensuring new healthcare practices are successfully launched on the 1bios platform.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once, proactively following up with stakeholders, and helping keep onboarding projects organized and on schedule while working during U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Project Coordination
Attend onboarding meetings, document action items and timelines, and help coordinate onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live.
Follow-Ups & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate follow-ups with customers and internal teams to ensure onboarding tasks, dependencies, and next steps stay on track.
Project Tracking & Documentation Management
Maintain onboarding trackers, implementation documentation, and project status updates to support organized and timely customer launches.
Data & Operational Setup
Assist with administrative setup tasks, data entry, and onboarding workflows related to patient enrollment and customer implementation.
Internal Operations Support
Coordinate system access, internal setup requests, and operational support tasks for Customer Success and Enrollment teams.
Tools & Systems You Will Use
You will work with a variety of business tools, including:
Microsoft Excel
Google Workspace
Slack
CRM and internal platform tools
Communication tools such as Google Voice or Twilio
Training will be provided where needed.
Requirements
Strong spoken and written English
Comfortable joining and participating in customer calls
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience working with Excel or spreadsheets (e.g., simple formulas, vlookups)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work U.S. business hours
Must be a self starter and be able to contribute with minimal supervision
