Position: Part-Time Social Media Virtual Assistant
Hours: Overnight U.S. Hours Preferred (Between 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST)
Location: Remote
Compensation: Based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and proactive Social Media Virtual Assistant to help manage and support a growing YouTube/social media brand. This is a long-term, part-time remote opportunity for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and handle a wide variety of tasks. It would also really be helpful if this person could edit in Davinci Resolve.
It's a free program. I suggest learning it if you have time. There are plenty of YouTube videos to explain how to use it.

There's also a potential to be on-camera talent for someone who has that capability and the right attitude and personality.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the social media, YouTube, and content creation space and is comfortable helping manage day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Managing and organizing all incoming emails
Arranging and organizing video files and content
Coordinating and arranging product shipments for sponsored content and reviews
Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and tracking systems
Scheduling video productions and managing calendars
Assisting with general administrative and social media-related tasks
Helping ensure the YouTube channel and related projects stay organized and on schedule
Handling additional tasks as needed to support channel growth and daily operations
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and responsive
Able to work during overnight U.S. hours (preferred)
Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
Experienced with spreadsheets, email management, and scheduling tools
Familiar with YouTube and social media platforms
A strong communicator with excellent time management skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Assistant
Experience working with YouTube creators, influencers, or online brands
Familiarity with video production workflows is a plus
Basic knowledge of content organization and project management tools
