Zoho CRM Systems Building Expert

First, we are looking for someone for 10 hours per week to start AND there is a 30 day probationary period in which we will determine whether a continued partnership will remain. You must be okay with this.

Second, we are looking for someone who is proficient in Zoho CRM; NOT someone who has just dabbled in it. Please do not inquire any further unless you have this experience.

Now to get into more specifics!

We are part of a business that has grown quickly in the two years since inception. As a result, we are looking to set up automated systems to help ease the load. These will be specific tasks; for example, a two week follow-up sequence after our merchandise has been delivered and emails to previous customers. Those are just a couple of examples; we will need several of these systems created for us.

In addition, these systems that we create need to be documented. PowerPoint (or something similar) would be sufficient and it needs to explain what was done and how it was done. These need to be created for each system that is built.

There will be other general administrative work as needed; however, the most important to us currently is getting these systems in place. Other work will be delegated as time permits and are not as skilled specific. Once the 30 days are up, we will reevaluate the work performed.
