About Us:
List 25 is a renowned YouTube channel with 2.53 million subscribers, known for its engaging and informative content across various topics. We are currently seeking a talented Thumbnail Designer to join our creative team (FULLTIME).

Key Responsibilities:

- Create captivating thumbnails for YouTube videos aiming to generate high click-through rates.
- Collaborate with YouTube managers to execute project requirements.
- Suggest improvements to enhance editing styles and formats.
- Maintain consistent quality week after week.

Requirements:

- Proven experience and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Exceptional creative and artistic abilities with a sharp eye for design, composition, and color.
- Previous experience in creating engaging YouTube thumbnails.
- A strong track record of creating thumbnails that generate high click-through rates.
- High-speed internet connection (an internet speed test result is required).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you'll work closely with our remote creative team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently while adhering to guidelines.

Work Arrangement:

The role is full-time, and the working hours will be discussed during the interview.
The day you work will be Monday - Friday.
