Part-Time Remote Social Media & Community Outreach Assistant
for George J. Lubertazzo, DC – Family Chiropractic
We are a high-volume, family-focused chiropractic office in Rutherford, New Jersey seeking a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented remote assistant based in the Philippines to help grow our online presence and community engagement.
This is a long-term part-time opportunity for someone who understands social media marketing, content creation, website updates, and relationship-based community engagement.

Responsibilities
Create and schedule:
Instagram posts
Facebook
Google Business Profile posts
Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva
Create flyers for office events, workshops, giveaways, holiday drives, and promotions
Update website content regularly
Upload monthly office calendars and event schedules to the website
Add patient testimonials and success stories to the website and social media
Assist with writing and posting blogs related to chiropractic, wellness, posture, pediatrics, pregnancy, sports, and healthy living
Help organize marketing tasks inside Trello
Upload and manage content in Kajabi
Repurpose existing office content into engaging social media posts
Write captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
Research trending health, wellness, parenting, pediatric, and local topics
Engage with local parenting and community
Help increase community awareness and online visibility for our chiropractic office
Assist with promotions, giveaways, patient education campaigns, and seasonal events
Ideal Candidate
Excellent written English
Friendly and professional communication skills
Experience with social media marketing
Comfortable creating graphics and reels
Familiar with chiropractic, wellness, parenting, or healthcare content (preferred but not required)
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Self-starter who can work independently
Comfortable learning office branding and voice
