Spanish-Speaking YouTube Research Virtual Assistant (Spain Market)

Job Description

•We are a U.S. marketing company that helps brands partner with YouTube creators

•We are looking for a detail-oriented Spanish-speaking virtual assistant to help identify YouTube creators in Spain who could be good fits for brand partnerships

•This is a part-time, long-term position with consistent weekly work. If the relationship goes well, there may be opportunities to expand the role over time

•This role focuses on finding creators and spotting opportunities, not sales or outreach

Responsibilities

•Search YouTube for Spanish-speaking creators in specific niches
•Identify creators in Spain that may be good fits for brand partnerships
•Review creator rosters from talent agencies
•Use a Chrome extension to capture creator data
•Add creators to organized Google Sheets
•Flag channels that look like strong opportunities
•Maintain clean and organized lead lists

Ideal Candidate

•Strong internet research skills
•Fluent in Spanish and comfortable reviewing Spanish-language YouTube channels
•Strong written English communication
•Comfortable navigating YouTube
•Very detail-oriented
•Organized and reliable
•Comfortable using Google Sheets

Preferred Experience

•Experience working as a virtual assistant
•Experience researching influencers or creators
•Familiarity with YouTube channels and creators
•Familiarity with Spanish or Spain-based creators is a plus

Hours

•20 hours per week
•Flexible schedule

Pay

•$4–$6 per hour, depending on experience
