JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
Moden Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based healthcare and administrative roles. This position will support hiring across hospital staffing, behavioral health, allied health, and administrative/virtual workforce roles.
The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare organizations, including RN, allied health, and behavioral health providers, and can operate in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based roles, including:
Registered Nurses (RN)
Allied health professionals (e.g., therapists, medical assistants, technicians)
Behavioral health professionals, including:
Psychiatrists
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (Psych NPs)
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)
Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) (if applicable)
Case managers
Administrative and virtual assistant roles
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other U.S. job platforms

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Build and maintain pipelines for:
hospital staffing roles
allied health professionals
behavioral health providers (psychiatrists, psych NPs, social workers)
Utilize advanced sourcing strategies including Boolean search, networking, and outbound outreach
Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill clinical roles, especially:
psychiatrists
psychiatric nurse practitioners
registered nurses

Interview Coordination & Client Management
Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews (Google Meet, Outlook, Zoom)
Manage candidate pipelines within ATS (Recruiterflow or similar)
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather feedback and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process

Onboarding & Compliance
Support onboarding for clinical and administrative hires
Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare hiring standards, including:
credential verification
HIPAA awareness
background requirements
Maintain accurate candidate documentation and records

Performance Tracking
Monitor recruiting KPIs including:
time-to-fill
submission-to-hire ratio
candidate quality
Continuously improve recruiting workflows and processes

Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in:
U.S. healthcare staffing
hospital or clinical staffing
behavioral health recruiting
Proven experience recruiting for:
Registered Nurses (RN)
Behavioral health providers (psychiatrists, psych NPs, social workers)
Strong experience with:
LinkedIn Recruiter
Indeed and U.S. job boards
ATS platforms (Recruiterflow preferred)
Fluent English communication skills (required)
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based clients and candidates
Strong verbal and written communication is essential
Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Ability to work evening hours aligned with U.S. time zones

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a U.S.-based staffing agency
Familiarity with hospital staffing environments
Experience recruiting for high-demand behavioral health roles
