Customer Service Representative (Full-Time | Remote)

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis (approximately 6 to 8 hours per day).

If you are someone who communicates exceptionally well in English, enjoys helping customers, and knows how to turn questions or concerns into positive customer experiences, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
Handle customer concerns regarding refunds, order-related questions, delivery updates, and general support inquiries
Assist customers with product-related questions, including sizing, materials, features, and general product information
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Identify the best possible solutions to customer concerns while balancing customer satisfaction and company policies
Maintain a high standard of communication and ensure every customer interaction reflects professionalism
Work proactively to prevent escalations and retain customer satisfaction
Meet internal response time expectations, including responding to customer emails within 24 hours

Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing support role
Excellent written English skills (near-native or fluent level strongly preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented in challenging customer situations
Experience handling refund requests, complaints, and general customer inquiries professionally
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
Reliable availability for approximately 6 to 8 hours per day (full-time)
