The job title is GoHighLevel Implementation Specialist...but what I'm really looking for is a "GHL Ninja"
Chad James Coaching is a high-performance executive coaching practice and premium brand for serious entrepreneurs. I need a sharp GoHighLevel operator who can take an idea from concept to live, fast.
When I have something to put into the world, I want it out the same day. GoHighLevel is the hub everything runs through — our website, funnels, products, and customer management all live there. You need to know it deeply and move in it confidently. Canoe and AI design tools fill in the creative gaps. Everything else flows from there.
I am looking for an execution partner — someone who can take my ideas and make them tangible and available to the world. And do it quickly.
**This is not a strategy role.** I own the vision, the ideas, and the direction. Your job is to make what I hand you real — quickly, cleanly, and on-brand. If you're looking to bring your own marketing strategies or creative vision to the table, this isn't the right fit.
**What You'll Own:**
- GoHighLevel — this is your primary environment; pages, funnels, automations,
- Website pages and landing pages — built clean, on-brand, and fast inside GHL
- The Apex Memo — subscriber support, inbound
- Brutally Necessary (Substack) — formatting, publishing, and
- Third-party integrations and widgets — Stripe, CRM connections, book showcases, embed tools, and whatever else the site needs to function like a real business
- Social media posting and channel management (Instagram,
- Light design work using Canva and AI tools to produce sharp, on-brand visuals quickly
**Bonus Points If You Also Bring:**
- Basic video editing (CapCut, DaVinci, or similar)
- Experience with AI image or content generation tools
- Any background in copywriting or offer framing
**Must-Haves:**
- 2+ years hands-on in GoHighLevel — this is non-negotiable; please cite a live page, funnel, or workflow you built
- Comfortable connecting third-party tools inside GHL — payment processors, CRM integrations, embeds, widgets — without needing a developer
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts professionally — not just personally
- Strong design eye — you know how to make something look clean and credible fast using Canva or AI tools
- Clear written English (C1 or better)
- Portfolio links or examples of GHL builds, pages, or social accounts you've managed
- Reliable internet, webcam, and comfort with Loom or Zoom for quick check-ins
- Self-starter mentality — you take ownership, communicate proactively, and don't wait to be managed
**Hours & Pay:**
10–20 hrs/week — flexible schedule with 2–3 overlapping hours with Mountain Time (Utah) for quick syncs
$7–11 USD per hour depending on experience, paid via EasyPay on OnlineJobs.ph, bi-weekly
**Why This Role?**
Chad James is a 25-year veteran executive coach who works with high-performing small business owners. This is a focused, no-drama operation with real variety and a fast pace. You won't be sitting on a ticket queue or waiting weeks for direction. Ideas come, you execute, things go live. The right person for this role finds deep satisfaction in being the one who makes things real. If that's you, keep reading.
**How to Apply:**
In your message, tell me:
- How long have you been working inside GoHighLevel and what do you use it for most? Send a link or screenshot of something you personally built.
- A client gave you a rough idea at 9am and needs it live by end of day. Walk me through exactly what you do.
- Take a look at these three properties and tell me what you see — what's working, what's missing, and what you'd want to get your hands on first:

**One more thing:** Please write your response in your own words. Don't use AI to write your application or tell you what to say. We use AI tools heavily in this role — but right now I want to get to know *you*. A polished AI-generated response will get you disqualified faster than a typo will. Just be real, be specific, and tell me what you actually think.
Keep it short and specific. We're not looking for a cover letter — we're looking for evidence that you know what you're doing and can move.
